Sorry but due to our low prices we can not offer money back, all sales are final. If you are really dissatisfied with the item, return can be made within 3 days of the receipt of item. You must call: 352-687-1253 or Email us first,. for RMA # prior to returning the item. If your item arrives damaged, (most likely the item is damaged in transit, as all items are closely inspected before being shipped out to our customers). You must contact us immediately.
